Covid-19 Guidance and Update
In relation to the current Covid-19 situation, please see our updates below. We hope that you are all safe and well.
Office Opening Hours
We are currently following the government’s advice that everyone should work at home where possible, therefore going forward a number of our team will now work from home, meaning that as of today, our office is now open for appointments only. We kindly ask that you do not visit our office without an appointment as you will not be able to enter. We ask that you call or email us to arrange an appointment, you can still reach us at the office, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm on 0121-414-1617.
For the safety of our colleagues and tenants we are not currently able to conduct face to face viewings, however where possible we are happy to offer a video tour of the property, in addition to the images and floorplans listed on our website. Please continue to request a viewing through the usual channels and we will be happy to provide you with all available information on the property. If you wish to book a property, both the reservation and registration process is completed online.
Current Tenants- Maintenance
Please be advised that the out of hours call out service, 07772 781 210, will remain in operation, however please only use the service in genuine cases of emergency outside of normal office hours or any maintenance issue that cannot wait until the next working day. Please raise any routine maintenance in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, where we will aim to respond to you as soon as possible. We are working hard to ensure that we are providing essential services to our tenants, whilst keeping both our colleagues and tenants as safe as possible. Please note that essential maintenance and safety inspections will be going ahead as usual for the time being with safety precautions in place. If we do need to visit your property, you will be asked to confirm that the house hold are not self-isolating and not showing any symptoms of Covid-19.

Information for Current Tenants
We understand that it is a very difficult time for many people and if you do require any support, please contact us at email@example.com.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation many of our students are moving out of their properties to return home, if you do leave the property, please be advised that you still remain legally responsible for the tenancy and rent payment as stated in your agreement. Additionally, we request that you inform us once the property has been fully vacated.
If you do wish to leave the tenancy, you will be required to find a replacement tenant to take your place on the tenancy agreement. If you require further information on this process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
