Broad Court Property Management Ltd is one of Birmingham's largest letting agents based in Selly Oak, specialising in student, residential and professional lettings and property management. 

 

Our History

The company was established in 1982 by Dr. Henry Southworth, then a lecturer at the University of Birmingham. He used his experience to create a very personal management service tailored to the local student lettings market. Since then the company has expanded considerably, offering a wide variety of student accommodation in the surrounding areas of Birmingham University and sister companies now let out properties throughout the West Midlands and beyond including villas in Spain.

 

Our spacious offices are located on the main Bristol Road in the heart of Selly Oak, a very short walk from the main Birmingham University entrance.

We are a full member of the Property Ombudsman and commit to TPO codes of practice, and registered as a Safe Agent.
