Our active participation in the Landlord Accreditation Scheme. Broad Court were one of the very first agencies to become accredited. The scheme is supported by the University of Birmingham, the Guild of Students, the National Landlords Association and emergency services such as the police and fire brigade, with the objective of raising awareness of safety and amenity standards throughout the rental sector.

Our History

The company was established in 1982 by Dr. Henry Southworth, then a lecturer at the University of Birmingham. He used his experience to create a very personal management service tailored to the local student market. Since then the company has expanded considerably, and sister companies now let out properties throughout the West Midlands and beyond including villas in Spain.
