Our normal office opening hours have now resumed, however we kindly ask that you do not visit our office without booking an appointment. We ask that you call or email us to arrange an appointment, you can still reach us at the office, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm on 0121-414-1617. Following recent government guidance, anyone who attends the office without a pre-booked appointment will be requested to fill in a Track and Trace form.
We have started conducting in-person viewings again whilst following government guidance on social distancing. Where possible we are happy to offer a video tour of the property, in addition to the images and floorplans listed on our website. Please continue to request a viewing through the usual channels and we will be happy to provide you with all available information on the property. If you wish to book a property, both the reservation and registration process is completed online.
Please be advised that the out of hours call out service, 07772 781 210, will remain in operation, however please only use the service in genuine cases of emergency outside of normal office hours or any maintenance issue that cannot wait until the next working day. We are working hard to ensure that we are providing essential services to our tenants, whilst keeping both our colleagues and tenants as safe as possible. Please note that essential maintenance and safety inspections will be going ahead as usual for the time being with safety precautions in place. If we do need to visit your property, you will be asked to confirm that the house hold are not self-isolating and not showing any symptoms of Covid-19.
